Doug Hammer Scottsdale, AZ
Doug Hammer is a PGA professional and has experience with golfers of all levels from all over the world. His client list consists of beginners to top ranked junior golfers and professional players. His philosophy is simple--there is no perfect swing for everyone. Doug is a student of the game and studies every technique to be able to help every golfer, no matter what they may be working on or learning.

Doug is in charge of the Callaway Performance Center at Troon North, one of only seven in the country, and can assist in club fitting and equipment suggestions for any golfer.
Doug Hammer is a Class A member of the Southwest Section of the PGA of America. Since 1999, Doug has worked for Troon Golf in various capacities and has been a PGA member since 2001. Originally from a small community in southeast Iowa, Doug came to Arizona in 1997 to enter the golf business and attend the San Diego Golf Academy.
Doug began with Troon Golf at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa as an assistant golf professional. In 2001, he became the head golf professional at The Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage, CA and in 2002, the Director of Instruction at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa in Galena, IL. "Really great! Excellent level of instruction, and a jam-packed day. But I was comfortable there, and I think I got a lot out of it. I hope to do it again next year- well worth the usual cost, especially with the Callaway gift card." S. Friedberg Exec Womens Golf Assoc |
